fc8ac0c7e5 pppd: fix build without UCLIBC_HAS_BSD_ERR 
Replace the BSD specific warn() with a call to syslog.
Patch by Gustavo Zacarias, closes #109.

558617ddf8 This fixes make clean on pppd package (there is no rule uninstall in pppd's makefile)

732d94d25f fixup a whole steaming pile of insanity. When packages are configured, 
they should be configured with --prefix=/usr and we then need to use
make DESTDIR=$(STAGING_DIR) install to get things installed into the
staging directory.  The current situation for many packages, which use
--prefix=$(STAGING_DIR) results in the staging_dir paths getting compiled
into the binary itself.

This also adds in a pile of libtool fixups.  Between broken pkgconfig,
broken libtool handling, and broken --prefix settings, its a wonder
things have worked as well as they have up till now.

1de07a8896 This patch updates the pppd package to build version 2.4.3. The 2.4.3 version 
of pppd adds additional features.

d06645d8ed There is no need to have a separate 'Makefile.in' file in the 
general case, therefore, combine the toplevel Makefile options
such as setting TARGETS into the per-package *.mk file
