==Inhalt==
Musik, Videos, Onlinegames — hochaufgelöst, sofort und immer: Breitband ist beliebt und genutzt wie nie zuvor. Allerdings steigen mit Breitbandlastigen Inhalten auch die Kosten für die Provider — sie müssen mehr Traffic fremder Unternehmen durch ihre Netze transportieren - woran Youtube und Co prächtig verdienen sieht der Provider seine Gewinne geschmälert. So kommen Überlegungen auf, Bandbreite je nach Inhalt zur Verfügung zu stellen — technisch heutzutage ein Kinderspiel. Das Netz wird zum Spielball großer Konzerne.
Für Bürgerechtsorganisationen wie [http://www.laquadrature.net/ La Quadrature du Net in Frankreich] schon lange auf der Tagesordnung, ist seit Obama "Netzneutralität" zum Wahlkampfthema erhoben hat das Wort in aller Munde — [http://www.elektrischer-reporter.de/elr/video/124/ und auch mal im Fernsehen].
In Pentaradio suchen wir Antworten auf die Fragen: Was bedeutet Netzneutralität? Haben wir heute noch [http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netzneutralit%C3%A4t Netzneutralität]? Wie neutral soll das Netz sein? Welche Gesetze gibt es auf Bundes- und EU-Ebene? Was ist es uns Wert dass jedes Datenbit gleiche Rechte bekommt?
