[Thomas:
- use "make install", which allows to remove the custom installation
logic in mcelog.mk.
- no need to explicitly pass CFLAGS and CPPFLAGS when doing the
build, since those definitions are already part of
$(TARGET_CONFIGURE_OPTS).]
