The test program any2ppm can run as daemon. This feature can be disabled at compile time, if the required headers are not present. However the support for fork() is not checked. The test program any2ppm can run as daemon. This feature can be disabled at

compile time, if the required headers are not present. However the support for
|
|
fork() is not checked.

This patch fixes this issue.
