6ed317672c package/parted: fix static link
libuuid needs to be linked with -lintl when gettext is needed (with
locales).

For a shared build, this is solved with the DT_NEEDED ELF tags, but for
a static link, it is not pulled in automatically.

Use pkg-config to find libuuid, instead of AC_CHECK_LIB().

Second part at fixing:

aaffd209fa packages: rename FOO_CONF_OPT into FOO_CONF_OPTS
To be consistent with the recent change of FOO_MAKE_OPT into FOO_MAKE_OPTS,
make the same change for FOO_CONF_OPT.

Sed command used:
   find * -type f | xargs sed -i 's#_CONF_OPT\>#&S#g'

8a8cc7ae3c package/parted: gettextize to match the new gettext version
The gettext macros in the package are from a gettext version older than
the one we have in Buildroot, so autoreconf fails.

Run gettextize prior to running autoreconf, like we do in wget.

749b2589ea package/parted: add a host variant
Useful for for-build scripts to call parted, eg. to generate
partition tables and such automatically.

Since the primary goal is to use parted within scripts, we
do not need readline, so it is forcibly disabled.

Also, it does look unlikely that we need to manipulate LVM
volumes, so we forcibly disable support for the device-mapper.

2079f07a92 package/parted: relax dependency on readline
parted can be configured without support for readline (ie. can be
not interactive), so we can relax the dependency on readline, and
make it an optional feature.

b1f2cbb409 package/parted: relax dependency on lvm2
parted can be configured without support for LVM volumes, so
we can relax the dependency on lvm2, and make it an optional
feature.

Remove now no-longer needed dependency on MMU because of lvm2.

be084204eb Config.in files: add missing dependencies to toolchain option comments
When a package A depends on config option B and toolchain option C, then
the comment that is given when C is not fulfilled should also depend on B.
For example:

config BR2_PACKAGE_A
	depends on BR2_B
	depends on BR2_LARGEFILE
	depends on BR2_WCHAR

comment "A needs a toolchain w/ largefile, wchar"
	depends on !BR2_LARGEFILE || !BR2_WCHAR

This comment should actually be:

comment "A needs a toolchain w/ largefile, wchar"
	depends on BR2_B
	depends on !BR2_LARGEFILE || !BR2_WCHAR

or if possible (typically when B is a package config option declared in that
same Config.in file):

if BR2_B

comment "A needs a toolchain w/ largefile, wchar"
	depends on !BR2_LARGEFILE || !BR2_WCHAR

[other config options depending on B]

endif

Otherwise, the comment would be visible even though the other dependencies
are not met.

This patch adds such missing dependencies, and changes existing such
dependencies from
  depends on BR2_BASE_DEP && !BR2_TOOLCHAIN_USES_GLIBC
to
  depends on BR2_BASE_DEP
  depends on !BR2_TOOLCHAIN_USES_GLIBC
so that (positive) base dependencies are separate from the (negative)
toolchain dependencies. This strategy makes it easier to write such comments
(because one can simply copy the base dependency from the actual package
config option), but also avoids complex and long boolean expressions.

8402bc658a parted: make sure to select libuuid in util-linux
parted correctly depends on util-linux, but fails to select the
libuuid suboption of util-linux, causing the following build failure
if libuuid remains unselected:

checking for uuid_generate in -luuid... no
configure: error: GNU Parted requires libuuid - a part of the util-linux-ng package (but
usually distributed separately in libuuid-devel, uuid-dev or similar)
This can probably be found on your distribution's CD or FTP site or at:
    http://userweb.kernel.org/~kzak/util-linux-ng/
Note: originally, libuuid was part of the e2fsprogs package. Later, it
moved to util-linux-ng-2.16, and that package is now the preferred source.
