be084204eb Config.in files: add missing dependencies to toolchain option comments
When a package A depends on config option B and toolchain option C, then
the comment that is given when C is not fulfilled should also depend on B.
For example:

config BR2_PACKAGE_A
	depends on BR2_B
	depends on BR2_LARGEFILE
	depends on BR2_WCHAR

comment "A needs a toolchain w/ largefile, wchar"
	depends on !BR2_LARGEFILE || !BR2_WCHAR

This comment should actually be:

comment "A needs a toolchain w/ largefile, wchar"
	depends on BR2_B
	depends on !BR2_LARGEFILE || !BR2_WCHAR

or if possible (typically when B is a package config option declared in that
same Config.in file):

if BR2_B

comment "A needs a toolchain w/ largefile, wchar"
	depends on !BR2_LARGEFILE || !BR2_WCHAR

[other config options depending on B]

endif

Otherwise, the comment would be visible even though the other dependencies
are not met.

This patch adds such missing dependencies, and changes existing such
dependencies from
  depends on BR2_BASE_DEP && !BR2_TOOLCHAIN_USES_GLIBC
to
  depends on BR2_BASE_DEP
  depends on !BR2_TOOLCHAIN_USES_GLIBC
so that (positive) base dependencies are separate from the (negative)
toolchain dependencies. This strategy makes it easier to write such comments
(because one can simply copy the base dependency from the actual package
config option), but also avoids complex and long boolean expressions.

e6ea6b7865 git packages: use full revision hash
There is no benefit in using the shortened git revision hash. On the
contrary: the shorter the hash, the higher the risk of having collisions
with another commit.

66bb10b7b0 Config.in files: unify comments of toolchain option dependencies
This patch lines up the comments in Config.in files that clarify which

a863451c39 package/rpi-userland: add patch to remove faulty assert()
While porting wayland/weston to run on the RPi, I always tripped on
this assert.

Thinking there was an issue with weston, I poked the weston guys on
IRC about the issue. 'daniels' on irc.freenode.net/#wayland suggested
removing the assert altogether, as that's what they had pushed
upstream in their wayland pull-request:
    https://github.com/raspberrypi/userland/pull/92

Turns out they forgot to include this in their pull-request, but that
they were using a patched rpi-userland without that assert.

And indeed, without that assert, weston runs on the RPi. :-)

19b4a6f4e0 pakage/rpi-userland: add and install our bcm_host.pc
This allows pkg-config-aware packages to include headers from, and
link against Broadcom VideoCore host API library.

bcm_host.pc copied almost as-is from:
    http://cgit.collabora.com/git/user/pq/android-pc-files.git/tree/pkgconfig?h=raspberrypi
with only a fix to the prefix (we're using /usr).

6056de8971 rpi-userland: update to fix no-longer applying patch
Our patches do not apply as-is against the version of rpi-userland we
package (weird...).

Since rpi-userland does not have releases, and is a relatively fast-moving
target, just bump the version to the latest cset from the git tree, and
get rid of one our failing patch, since it was applied upstream.
