e528d99d96 pango: add init script to create /etc/pango/pango.modules
It would be nicer to do this at compile time, but then we would need to
compile pango for the host as well.

a574856e19 Strip pango libraries on the target
Use the predefined INSTALL_STAGING_OPT and INSTALL_TARGET_OPT
behaviour of Makefile.autotools.in, so that installation on the target
is done using install-strip.

eb749df631 Fix strange problems in pango configure target
The configure target of pango had strange characters in it, preventing
compilation to work. Remove them, they just seem to be mistakes.

732d94d25f fixup a whole steaming pile of insanity. When packages are configured,
they should be configured with --prefix=/usr and we then need to use
make DESTDIR=$(STAGING_DIR) install to get things installed into the
staging directory. The current situation for many packages, which use
--prefix=$(STAGING_DIR) results in the staging_dir paths getting compiled
into the binary itself.

This also adds in a pile of libtool fixups. Between broken pkgconfig,
broken libtool handling, and broken --prefix settings, its a wonder
things have worked as well as they have up till now.
