e1502ebc0c all packages: rename XXXTARGETS to xxx-package 
Also remove the redundant $(call ...).

This is a purely mechanical change, performed with
find package linux toolchain boot -name \*.mk | \
  xargs sed -i -e 's/$(eval $(call GENTARGETS))/$(eval $(generic-package))/' \
               -e 's/$(eval $(call AUTOTARGETS))/$(eval $(autotools-package))/' \
               -e 's/$(eval $(call CMAKETARGETS))/$(eval $(cmake-package))/'

300f9c9c9d package: remove useless arguments from AUTOTARGETS 
Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.

0b876d3977 libxml-parser-perl/intltool: mark as host only packages 
libxml-parser-perl and intltool were originally added to be built on
the host, and we don't support building them on the target. So, let's
mark them as such in the configuration, so that a random package
configuration does not pick them up. We might later add target support
for them.

570e1b77c2 intltool: new package 
This XML internationalization set of tools is required to build
several of our packages, and may not be available on the host machine.

Only the host variant has been tested.
