Pedro Aguilar 7522023a84 libatomic_ops: Add host-libatomic_ops 
The host-libatomic_ops is needed by host-bdwgc that is needed
in turn by guile.

Cody P Schafer 7e674dfa4f powerpc: add powerpc64 and powerpc64le support 
This enables powerpc64 and powerpc64le. Currently, le needs at least
glibc 2.19 and gcc 4.9.0. For gdb, 7.7.1 works (added in an earlier
patch).

[Peter: also disallow gcc 4.8 for ppc64le]

Thomas Petazzoni f4897a9eb3 libatomic_ops: introduce a BR2_PACKAGE_LIBATOMIC_ARCH_SUPPORTS hidden option 
In preparation to the introduction of packages that select
libatomic_ops, this commit adds an hidden
BR2_PACKAGE_LIBATOMIC_ARCH_SUPPORTS option which allows to easily
depend on the architectures that libatomic_ops is available for.

Thomas Petazzoni b2ed6a0564 libatomic_ops: bump to version 7.2 
The 1.2 we were using doesn't build on ARM Thumb platforms:

Moreover, the 7.2 version is the one used by Debian/Ubuntu, and it has
been tested to build fine with the two packages that depend on
libatomic_ops: libdrm and pulseaudio.

Thomas Petazzoni 68d2124d33 libatomic_ops: make it available only on supported architectures 
libatomic_ops build fails on architectures such as MIPS or SuperH that
are not supported. So we make it possible to select the libatomic_ops
package only for the architectures that are known to be supported.

Thomas Petazzoni 300f9c9c9d package: remove useless arguments from AUTOTARGETS 
Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.
