8fd5a94562 python-netifaces: convert to the Python package infrastructure 
Also, remove the "select BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON_SETUPTOOLS", since
setuptools is a host dependency (needed to built the package), not a
target dependency.

619146d145 python-netifaces: use single version externally managed 
We want --single-version-externally-managed (and --root=/) to make
python packages uncompressed (python eggs are zip files) since
compression should be a target filesystem responsibility.
And we don't need/want multiple versions of the same package in the
target since packages should be handled by buildroot on any sane
embedded system.

Also remove the redundant $(call ...).

This is a purely mechanical change, performed with

               -e 's/$(eval $(call AUTOTARGETS))/$(eval $(autotools-package))/' \
               -e 's/$(eval $(call CMAKETARGETS))/$(eval $(cmake-package))/'
