Also remove the redundant $(call ...).
This is a purely mechanical change, performed with

-e 's/$(eval $(call AUTOTARGETS))/$(eval $(autotools-package))/' \

Move existing modules python-serial and python-mad there
Move python-mad from package/multimedia to package
