Add support for LZO and XZ compression methods to cpio, ext2, tar and
ubifs filesystem targets.

This way we'll get something in images/ by default, and hopefully people
will be less likely to try to use target/ directly.

The dependency on gzip, bzip2 and lzma are properly handled
automatically. No need to tell the user about this.
