Remove BR2_SOURCEFORGE_MIRROR variable

Now that all packages have been converted to use the
downloads.sourceforge.net URLs that automatically selects an available
Sourceforge mirror, we can get rid of the BR2_SOURCEFORGE_MIRROR
configuration variable.
