Christian Prochaska 0fd53c7fe4 Extract numeric string arguments with the correct signedness
There are lots of places where a numeric argument of an argument string
gets extraced as signed long value and then assigned to an unsigned long
variable. If the value in the string was negative, it would not be
detected as invalid (and replaced by the default value), but become a
positive bogus value.

With this patch, numeric values which are supposed to be unsigned get
extracted with the 'ulong_value()' function, which returns the default
value for negative numbers.

This is generic part of the Genode implementation. It consists of two parts:

:_Core_: is the ultimate root of the Genode application tree
and provides abstractions for the lowest-level hardware resources
such as RAM, ROM, CPU, and generic device access. All generic parts of Core
can be found here - for system-specific implementations refer to the
  appropriate 'base-<system>' directory.

:_Base libraries and protocols_: that are used by each Genode component
to interact with other components. This is the glue that holds everything
  together.
