- 'opensslconf.h' was created by running './Configure linux-armv4'
- modifications:
  - disabled the definition of OPENSSL_NO_MD2
  - disabled the definition of OPENSSL_NO_RC5
  - disabled the definition of OPENSSL_NO_STORE
  - disabled the definition of OPENSSL_CPUID_OBJ
  - changed the definition of OPENSSL_NO_DYNAMIC_ENGINE to OPENSSL_NO_STATIC_ENGINE
