Martin Stein c78efd4428 odroid_xu: prevent tests with sd/platform/ahci/fb Drivers like SD-Card, platform, AHCI, and framebuffer are specified as Exynos5 compliant. But they are at least not compliant with Odroid-XU although this is Exynos5. Thus, prevent tests that rely on such drivers when building for hw_odoid_xu. Furthermore, make previous Arndale regulator/consts.h, uart_defs.h, and some Board_base enums available to all Exynos5 builds to enable at least building the drivers. This is generic part of the Genode implementation. It consists of two parts:

:_Core_: is the ultimate root of the Genode application tree
  and provides abstractions for the lowest-level hardware resources
  such as RAM, ROM, CPU, and generic device access. All generic parts of Core
  can be found here - for system-specific implementations refer to the
  appropriate 'base-<system>' directory.

:_Base libraries and protocols_: that are used by each Genode component
  to interact with other components. This is the glue that holds everything
  together.
