Alexander Boettcher 6994f6a8c5 Fix binary size for 64bit Every 64-bit binary is effectively 4M too big currently [0]. The GNU linker ld aligns the text section of the binary to the maximum page size. On i386 the default section alignment is fixed typically to 4K. Avoid wasting mainly 4M on x86_64 by telling the linker the max page size to be 4K. This is generic part of the Genode implementation. It consists of two parts:

:_Core_: is the ultimate root of the Genode application tree
  and provides abstractions for the lowest-level hardware resources
  such as RAM, ROM, CPU, and generic device access. All generic parts of Core
  can be found here - for system-specific implementations refer to the
  appropriate 'base-<system>' directory.

:_Base libraries and protocols_: that are used by each Genode component
  to interact with other components. This is the glue that holds everything
  together.
