Norman Feske ca971bbfd8 Move repositories to 'repos/' subdirectory 
This patch changes the top-level directory layout as a preparatory
step for improving the tools for managing 3rd-party source codes.
The rationale is described in the issue referenced below.

This is just a simple test client for http_srv, that runs on the host
system. Therefore it does not use the Genode buildsystem.
