pentapad from inbert will move into its microvm. It will be built by hydra with autoupdate enabled.

  1. nix flake for etherpad
  2. migrate database and provide a nixos-container
  3. integrate and deploy within this repo as microvm

We recently disabled creating new pads on pentapad to try to contain the problem and don't let it grow bigger.
