Der Referent ist u.a. durch seine Bücher "<a href="http://www.addison-wesley.de/main/main.asp?page=deutsch/bookdetails&productid=7675" target="_blank">Abenteuer Kryptologie</a>" und "<a href="http://www.mitp.de/vmi/mitp/detail/pWert/1425" target="_blank">vim ge-packt</a>" bekannt und hat in Fachzeitschriften zahlreiche Artikel zum Themenkreis UNIX/Linux und Datensicherheit/Kryptografie veröffentlicht, u.a. auch über Biometrie.<br>

Bei den <a href="http://datenspuren.c3d2.de/" target="_blank">Datenspuren 2004</a> hat er die Moderation der Podiumsdiskussion übernommen.</span><a name="138"></a>

<h2>Ankündigungstext</h2><span class="schrift">Am 11.2.2005 19Uhr hält Reinhard Wobst einen Vortrag mit anschließender Diskussion zum Thema <i>"Biometrie - Grundlagen, Nutzen, Probleme"</i>.<br>

Er wird einen Überblick über die erstaunlich vielen Arten biometrischer Erfassung geben, sinnvolle und sinnlose Einsatzmöglichkeiten, die richtige Anwendung, die Vorzüge und die Probleme dabei.</span>
