»donnerstag« ist eine Plattform für eine kreative Gemeinschaft aus Musikern, Bastlern und Computerfreaks, mit dem Willen dem elektronischen Klang in einer elektronischen Welt nachzugehen. Dazu finden seit März 2010 im Konzertkeller des RIESA efau in Dresden wechselnd am ersten und dritten Donnerstag im Monat Vorträge und Workshops statt. Diese folgen den Gedanken des Open Source für ein kreatives Arbeiten an Klangwelten bei dem jede und jeder gern mitwirken kann. Bisher gab es Veranstaltungen zu Psychoakustik, eine kleine Einführung in die Geschichte der elektronischen Musik und ein Workshop zur Software Pure Data. Im Mai werden einfache Controller gebaut und sich am Circuit Bending versucht. Die Veranstaltungen sind kostenlos und starten jeweils 20 Uhr.
